Wind tunnel Description
The system as its name indicates, allows dosing of liquid pharmaceutical ingredients, chemical and industrial (ie. sterile substances, biological, reactive, difficult to clean, etc..).
This device has been developed for those cases where it is required precise dose especially within the range of 0,5 ml 10 ml; also it is able to dispense higher volumes.
Technical characteristics
This is a time – pressure system, ie the liquid is driven by nitrogen or other gas by the seting time , time dose and pressure is adjustable via the touch panel like the motorized pressure regulator .
- A) It has variable flow control, that is, during the dosing time, the initial and final dose flow can be regulated.. This is selectable via touch panel. . Very useful for frothy substances or rapid dose to avoid splashing in starting dose .
- B) It has control of the drop, that is to say that at the end of the dose the system can suck it, , this means that it avoids the black spots (case of pharmaceutical ampoules ), avoids the loss of product, dirty containers and the machine. This is also selectable via touch panel..
Both A and B can be activated or deactivated via the touchpad, leaving only operated the main dosage valves.
Stainless steel construction 316 , 304 or user demand .
